Easter Sunday Flower Day, 17 April 2022
The church was full of flowers for our Easter Service, which was followed by sherry kindly provided by Erica and tea, coffee and cake as our Easter Flower Day began. As well as admiring the flowers, visitors were able to take part in a quiz, to discover the ‘odd thing out’ in each arrangement, with creme eggs provided for the winners.
As it was a lovely day, refreshments could be taken outside in the sunshine.

With thanks to everyone who took part, and especially to Sue for decorating the church.

26 September 2021 Harvest Festival
The church was beautifully decorated and well attended for our Harvest Festival service, held on 26 September. It was led by Rev’d Susanna Gunner. The lessons were read by Jan and John Withers, and Gill Cullingford read an account of Laurie Lee’s memories of past harvest festivals.
Our thanks go to Margaret de Feyter and her team of flower arrangers.

Coffee Morning at Green Farm 21 August 2021
This was our first event since the Covid pandemic and we all enjoyed the opportunity to see friends again. The weather was mild, and we were able to sit outside and appreciate the garden.
On behalf of Margaret and Graham, thanks to all who baked cakes, held a stall or otherwise contributed to make the event such a success. Over £670 was raised for church funds.
